Disliked: I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with a recent experience during my family’s stay at Park Hyatt Sydney over the Easter holiday period. Unfortunately, an incident after our stay left us feeling stressed and upsetAfter checking out, I was shocked to discover an additional charge of $132.60 applied to my credit card for a “missing bottle of body lotion” from one of our rooms. I was not contacted by phone regarding to this issue.Most importantly, the body lotion was NEVER in the room to begin with. Upon entering the room at check-in, we took a room tour video, which clearly shows the absence of the body lotion bottle. Without this video, I would not have been able to disprove the charge. The fact that a guest needs to have video evidence to avoid an unjust accusation at a five-star hotel is extremely disheartening.To spend $2,520 per night for two rooms and be treated with such disregard has left a lasting negative impression on what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Bad check in experience
Disliked: Certainly, here's a more polished and serious version of your text:---I booked a room for my husband's 50th birthday at the Park Hyatt Sydney, opting for a view of the Opera House. As direct booking was unavailable, I used Booking.com on January 19th to secure the reservation, and the full amount was charged to my credit card.In February, while on a business trip, I encountered fraudulent transactions and had to cancel my original credit card. I subsequently updated my payment information on Booking.com to reflect my new card for future bookings.Upon our arrival at the Park Hyatt today, we were informed that check-in could not proceed, as the hotel requires the original card used for booking and the current card presented at check-in to match. This, we were told, is in accordance with Booking.com's policy. The Park Hyatt indicated that they needed to refund the old, canceled card and charge the new one. Furthermore, the hotel advised me to contact both Booking.com and my bank.Upon consulting with my bank, I was informed that processing a refund to a canceled card is not feasible. Booking.com advised that the hotel could authorize a security deposit on my new card for any incidental expenses incurred during our stay. After returning from a day of sightseeing, we were again told by the hotel staff that the matching card policy was non-negotiable, and we faced another delay as we waited for assistance from the front desk manager.The manager informed me that this policy is intended to prevent potential disputes over charges if a different card is used. I was asked to agree not to dispute the transaction.This experience highlights a disparity in the priority given to hotel convenience over customer assurance and trust. I find myself deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned, especially given the premium pricing compared to other accommodation options in Sydney.---

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay. I have always wanted to stay at Park Hyatt. So decided to book us there for my Husband’s( of 60 years) 86th Birthday…..Definitely a memorable two days.Thank you…….
