Lovely place, a few hiccups

Liked: Really nice room and hotel in general. Luxurious feel, as you’d expect. We requested a room with spa bath and this was accommodated which was fantastic.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready for 1.5 hrs after check in time. Couldn’t turn off heater in room so felt uncomfortably warm all night. Perhaps there was a way to turn it off but we couldn’t figure it out!

Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable and well thought out, down to the minute details. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the onsite facilities (such as the gym) were great. The staff were very lovely and super helpful. This hotel is in an excellent location where you have great access to Melbourne CBD but you get peace and quiet at night because you’re not right in the centre of the city.
