Park Hyatt Melbourne

Fantastic place to stay if...

Liked: We love the Park Hyatt. It is our favourite place to stay when we are in Melbourne. Always friendly staff and great location.
Disliked: There were a couple of things broken in the en-suite. Toilet roll holder was broken and the shower spa jet didn’t work.

Liked: The staffs are trying their best to cater the customers and make sure everyone has a good experience at the hotel. You also gift us a champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very nice.
Disliked: The floor was not clean in our hotel room, obviously dusts around. The queue to the breakfast buffet was too long. The children are screaming and jumping into the swimming pool, and disturbing other residents using the facilities.

truly a hotel to revisit...

Liked: the excellent variety in food and amazing staff service, hard to find staff that go out of their way these days.
Disliked: absolutely nothing all amazing.

Absolute perfection, cant wait to...

Liked: The staff were all amazing so friendly and tentative. The rooms have a lovely old school charm and are so incredibly clean and well kept. We travelled with our 11 month old and felt so special and spoilt by the staff in all departments. Location was great for access to the MCG and City but felt safe/secure and very picture perfect with its views.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer

Disliked: When I checked out I was told that I didn't payI did pay via booking.com. and I called 2x to check it was paid. And I was assured it all went through. Then at the out my deposit wasn't returned because apparently the system said I didn't pay.Not impressed with this at all!!!!!!!!That is very embarrassing and also I hope that the cost is not deducted again It's ridiculous to spend $800 for a night I booked as a gift for my daughters 13th birthday

An oldie but a goodie

Liked: exceptional service, the best breakfast buffet with high quality produce, fantastic amenities and in a great location. The pillows, king bed and fab sheets alone make it a worthwhile stay.
Disliked: The hotel is a touch outdated but what it lacks in modernity, its made up by service. Would improve the tea selection in rooms.

Liked: Was upgraded to a suite, the amenities were unreal, made our 20 year anniversary very special. Bedding was so comfortable, breakfast was delish and valet parking a breeze - great service!
