Disliked: Food, old elevators, dated rooms, too crowded, slow service, too loud.

Liked: Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.
Disliked: Re: breakfast (7a asked if could sit in main room with windows, hostess said 'no'.. not unless more in party. 100% of the main room tables were unoccupied. I was seated at a 2 top next to a couple less than airline legroom away. Awkward w empty room.

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has lost its mojo since we last stayed in 2018, and 2019.

Disliked: disappointed that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - NOT family friendly any more. clearly chafing a different market now.a dog constantly barking all day in a room across the hall- very poor response by staff to deal with the noise. front desk staff a bit hopeless as usual.

Liked: I love the food, service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere and the amenities.
Disliked: The hidden fees, like valet and over priced spa.
