Amazing hotel to stay, very...

Liked: Loved where the hotel was, quiet, easy walk around the boats, sunny and nice to be my the water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfort of the rooms, facilities - the gym was great, breakfast which was included in our rate was incredible! The room was very dark, right temperature and quiet for an awesome sleep.
Disliked: Room key didn't work for the pool

Liked: Loved everything, the spa was my favourite the bed so comfortable and perfect location for restaurants and sightseeing

Liked: Huge rooms with 2 seperate bathrooms. Loads of SKY channels and staff were extremely pleasant. Pool area was very big and nice. Gym onsite was kept very clean and tidy. Unlimited free water and great views of the marina and city. 5 min walk to main viaduct area. Early check it was no problem at all - checked in at 10am even though check in was 3pm.
Disliked: Overcharged us for the room initially with no warning but have since refunded the difference.
