Excellent holiday stay!

Liked: Everything! The staff were very friendly and attentive, we tried both the restaurant, captain bar, and pantry and the food is incredible! Our rooms were always tended to, and I like that we have a privacy button that alerts cleaners if we're still in the room. Right next to viaduct harbor which makes walking or tourism pickups easy! Also you might get to pet Beau, the super chill black lab seeing eye dog for the hotel!

Friendly, luxurious location with great...

Liked: Breakfast was great, plenty of variety and options for all. We enjoyed the location being close too many thongs for both day and night activities. We found all staff we interacted with to be very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very soft and we traditional have firm bed, but appreciate you can't cater for all in tis situation.
