Hotel was lovely! Staff were...

Liked: Room was nice and big, clean
Disliked: There was little air flow in the room so it was very stuffy. Not a fan of the pillows. The drinks were VERY expensive!!!

Liked: Hotel room was very comfortable, nice grounds and good location.
Disliked: Staff member was incredibly rude, didn't feel welcomed. Didn't want to eat or drink at the hotel because of this. I have wrote an email to complain but haven't heard anything from the hotel. Tv signal in room was awful.

Disliked: There was a strong smell of bleach type cleaner , and the carpets were dirty.

Very good, apart from teh...

Disliked: There was an excellent band playing for a function, the trouble was that it disturbed us when we needed an early night after a long day. Advanced warning would have been good as we would have booked somewhere else.A shame really as we normally enjoy staying at the Park House.
