Superb

staff made it, would stay...

Liked: the staff were very helpful, overall the hotel was clean and well presented
Disliked: the twin bed had a very ridge in the middle, there was no fan in the room, the window wouldn't stay open ( thank goodness for the bin) there where part opened biscuits in the room, bathroom was looking very tired, sealant around the bath was blackened, chrome was very tarnished, all a bit tired.

Disliked: Shower curtain... small room. The outside is scruffy, it all needs painting. Overpriced for what it is.

Liked: Room was nice and big, clean
Disliked: There was little air flow in the room so it was very stuffy. Not a fan of the pillows. The drinks were VERY expensive!!!

Liked: Hotel room was very comfortable, nice grounds and good location.
Disliked: Staff member was incredibly rude, didn't feel welcomed. Didn't want to eat or drink at the hotel because of this. I have wrote an email to complain but haven't heard anything from the hotel. Tv signal in room was awful.

Exceptional

Liked: Good convenient position for the centre of Shifnal.
