Disappointing

Liked: Hotel was comfortable and clean and the food was nice.
Disliked: The service was appalling. We had to keep looking for people to serve, we were left in the dark - literally - because they forgot we were there! There wa a wedding taking place and it seemed as though we weren’t important. Even the reception wasn’t manned most of the time.

Stay was ok but because...

Liked: Nice location big room great beer garden
Disliked: Paying £7.75 service charge to have a pizza in the bar area served in a basket and that's on top of the £10 of the cost of the pizza
