Overlooking the Irish Sea the 3-star Park House Hotel is located on Blackpool's quiet North Promenade. The property offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. The receptionist was helpful and...

Liked: The property was really friendly and the entertainment was first class
Disliked: I didn’t get the room I thought I booked with you I ticked the room we have had previously and that wasn’t what we had

Liked: 8 out of 10 for the whole stay but 10 out of 10 for the excellent customer service from Laura/ Lauren on reception (long dark hair) who sorted out my early arrival brilliantly. Thank you.

Good Location, clean & comfy

Liked: Location only short walk into centre or tram if you don't walk. Was nice to have a bar and entertainment.
Disliked: Staff were not very informative or pleasant.
