Structure is not 4 stars...

Liked: breakfast and staff was great ; cleaning team was also gorgeous and done very well work
Disliked: Firs room allocate was under b&b standard (not 4 stars hotels I paid ) , dirty ,mold on HVAC grille, walls disgusting, bathroom from 60´s and we could not shower, bad matrasses were dirty and smelly. Second day we was moved in a restructured room, with a balcony without door :) we left one day before do the conditions. Staff was very nice and they clean really well but unfortunately the structure is not all 4 stars . I paid for comfort and pool, but pool was infested . Sewage water overflowed into the pool, the water turned from crystal clear to cloudy and they continued to let people in the pool claiming was a treatment.

Exceptional

Liked: Bedroom was great. Clean and spacious. Hotel is nice. Lovely staffs except the man at night (not too accomodating). I love the children's area. Aircon was great too.
Disliked: For a 4star hotel, I think they need to improve more the breakfast & lunch menu's. Limited choices actually. Lunch menu, I think they are frozen goods and reheated only. Reception is underground, so for those who has strollers or wheelchairs (even for big luggages), a little hassle.. the girl told us they had a ramp at the back side (parking area), but it was covered with a big plant, plus even if you go the other side (they had another entrance at the back side, but still there are stairs to access the reception..
