Comfortable, relaxing and nice staff.

Liked: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower felt noticeably more relaxing than in most other hotels.
Disliked: We only had a small issue about a flickering light outside the window, but the curtain could block the issue.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: The breakage deposit is very expensive. £400 for 4 nights. Not much mention of this when booking.

Liked: Location mostly, lobby as well
Disliked: The room has just one small window, I felt like in a submarine, not enough daylight and even not enough bulbs to compensate that.Breakfast choice could be better, considering the price.Honestly, the location is not so valuable as there are much better hotels if you step a bit further from the city center.

Liked: Location is (kinda) close walking distance to most attractions! They rent out bikes for 19 euros a day, Vondelpark is right next door. Absolutely gorgeous park.
Disliked: Our shower completely soaked our room. Some of the front desk staff didn’t seem the most friendly. The ambiance feels a little dim. The fresh towels under our sink were always soaked maybe from sink leak? Icky
