Liked: Professionalism of the staff, pretty good location
Disliked: The room is a bit small, the heating wasn’t initially properly working. However, the staff helped us solve this issue in the middle of the night

Liked: We stayed at Park Centraal Hotel for 4 nights and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent — we were able to explore almost everything on foot without needing to use the tram. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome.Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing we would have preferred is a bit more privacy and space in the bathroom area — the shower and toilet could have been slightly larger.
