AVOID THIS HOTEL

Liked: Arrived here on Saturday and was going smacked how grotty this hotel was. It felt cheap and nasty, the room we were given was tatty all the way through. There was a fridge in front of a door god only knows where this lead too this felt very unsafe!!!!! Sadly and stupidly I had paid in full so I was refused a refund. We were offered another room but looking around at the grotty state there was no chance of any room looking any better. I literally only stayed in the room for less then 10 min thats how disgusted i was!!!!!!
Disliked: The whole hotel was very poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. No apology was given that we unhappy and to be refused our money back made it worst irrelevant whether I paid upfront or not as I think even part of my payment should have been refunded as it was not what I would call even a decent hotel. Shame there is no minus marks as that would be what I would rate this place. Not worth the £93 which i paid and lost!!!!

Liked: Some staff was amazing, the fact it had netflix and youtube, overall nice stay
Disliked: Wish the bed had bedding to make it more homely, maybe a mini fridge for milk if you stay longer.Didnt like the hold of a deposit when i paid in full.

Decent for the Price

Liked: It was a convenient place to stay with a bus stop just outside and the train station was only a 15 minute walk. The room was quite basic, so it was good for just staying there at night and going out during the day. The shower was also decent and seemed clean. The price was also good considering the area.
Disliked: Most of the facilities listed (hairdryer, coffee, etc) weren't actually available and the room was basically just a wardrobe and beds. The WiFi also didn't work and even the TV in the room wouldn't connect to the WiFi. The rooms were extremely hot (no air conditioning and the windows couldn't be opened fully) and there was a weird smell when we got back to the room at night. It was also quite loud as there were a lot of children playing even in the early hours of the morning.
