Disliked: Receptionist was not cooperative at all . He was rude when questions asked. He is new and keep on saying I need to ask manager when we are showing digital ID and teaching us we need to carry physical ID come on you are in UK . Then we transfer to best western Illford as this hotel don’t have room. The next hotel we have to that room bed side lamp was not even turned off and we need to sleep all night in bright light in room. Plus we have to pay 100£ deposit even though you paid full amount with card online it’s ridiculous no other hotel like premier inn the big chain of hotel group don’t do such things of deposit and physical ID. Come on your hotel is not more than 1 star
