Liked: Food was good.
Disliked: Room very small

Was only there overnight but...

Liked: Nice and clean
Disliked: Loud humming noise until 2:30 am. Night porter did try to find the source but wasn’t found and eventually stopped itself.

Maybe stay again, but not...

Liked: Staff were excellent and appeared to get on well with each other as well as with the customers.Buffet breakfast and evening meal was first class along with very quick service.Location quite central for our needs.
Disliked: We were in room 1 which was quite poky and for the cost, not really value for money.. Unfortunately just outside the window is a noisy industrial extractor fan from the kitchens. Receptionist said it should shut off at 10pm, however it did not until just before 1am. Couldn't therefore open the window until then as it was very warm the days we stayed.

Liked: Food was good. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly.
Disliked: A high pitched noise coming from the heating system at midnight reported twice to reception and unresolved. Raised in the morning at checkout no explanation. I had no sleep whatsoever and had a funeral to attend the following day.

Good

Liked: It was very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Can’t fault the Hotel room...

Liked: Rooms were excellent and very clean
Disliked: The Heat within the Annexe building/rooms/corridor was far too hot with No A/C to alleviate that problem, again, uncomfortably Hot all night.

Liked: Location good parking excellent food and nice staff
Disliked: Nothing

Very nice

Liked: Good location for attending a local wedding. Most staff were very nice.
Disliked: No reply from the hotel when emailed to make a request to check in early. Booking.com advised us to contact the hotel directly the night before. When I asked if it had been received, I was told no, which was quickly changed to probably, but we are told not to reply to such requests.

It was a great location...

Liked: Great location. Plenty of parking. Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: All of the fire doors. I know they are necessary for safety, but we had to lug all of our luggage through 3 sets of them to get to our room. Hinges on doors needed oiling as well.
