Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: Excellent location - very close to the train station and old town. Hotel was very clean and my room was spacious, although it took a bit to get used to a single sized bed. Breakfast was wonderful, I should have taken advantage more than once.
Disliked: My room was level with a walkway, and I was not able to leave my window open at night. I would have like some sort of screen or inside locking mechanism allowing me to have my window open at night and yet be safe.

Fantastic

Liked: Multilingual staff who were helpful, friendly and flexible with all our needs. Parking under hotel is a fantastic option. Easy to find, to get in to garage and out. Will be our future choice for every stay in Freiburg.

Superb

Liked: The room (112) was great. It was fairly large, well laid out and well decorated. The bathroom was very nice. The shower was on the small side (probably normal for Europe) but functional.The hotel location isperfect; it is right by the train station and close to the old town and shopping.The breakfast had plenty of variety, with very good coffee.
