Very good. A friendly atmosphere...

Liked: The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Convenient for Hamburg airport.
Disliked: Not great for public transport but that was not the reason we chose this hotel. A ten minute walk does get you to a mainline station which is convenient for getting into the city centre. Some food had run out with 20 minutes left before breakfast finished. Very few nearby restaurants.

Nice hotel and good staff

Liked: Very nice hotel with very available staff. Our room was facing the internal garden, so it was very quiet. There was no kettle in the room but we could get one with a 20 euro deposit, so we could avoid spending a lot of money for the breakfast and have a small one on our own in the room. Clean room and good bed and fantastic pillows!
Disliked: It is located in a busy street and not very central, but there is the bus 4 taking you to the centre and underground is 15 minutes walking
