Liked: Good parking , simple but clean rooms , it’s on the way to other places , somewhere to sleep

Liked: Breakfast was really good, hotel is in a good location, I got upgraded to a larger room which was great

Liked: Extremely clean staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble . We had evening meal and breakfast and it was very good
Disliked: Breakfast was very very busy. No glasses no hot water for tea no orange juice . But the staff did their very best and once informed were very quick to deal with everything. I must add the hotel was fully booked and when we went for breakfast it looked like everyone else did !

Nice hotel, lovely people, shame...

Liked: All of the staff were lovely here and always wanted to help. Bright and friendly people. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Very nice selection, lovely smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Fresh juice, muffins, cereals, tea coffee and full breakfasts for those with a better appetite. Nice outside coutyard area to sit with a cold one.
Disliked: Sadly booking.com seem to be mucking up booking with the hotel. We didn't get the room type we wanted and seemingly, many other people didn't too. Some people didn't get a room at all and had to be moved to another hotel (with the customer paying the difference) Booking.com need to address the issues at this hotel.

One night at the Park...

Liked: We stayed one night in August 2025. the hotel was spotlessly clean and modern the staff were friendly and helpful. We were going to the kyren experience. It was a perfect location to get to the event.There is nothing negative to say about this hotel we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Disliked: Everything was excellent, nothing negative to say about this property
