Terrible Stay

Disliked: It was a terrible stay. The Air con was not working, side lamp was not working and the iron was leaking so much of water that I couldn’t iron properly. I asked the staff to change the room but they said the hotel is fully booked . However, I could still see a room available on their website. It really upset me and didn’t expect a lie from a hospitality employee.
