Disappointing stay, nice spa…

Liked: The spa was quite nice, specifically the steam room (lovely and hot). The gym was small and compact but had all you should need.
Disliked: The floor had not been cleaned (properly) as we walked into the room with crumbs all over the floor near the desk.It took 10 minutes to ascertain the television was not working, we told the reception staff with 20 minutes of checking in (approximately 16:30) was told they would send someone along to rectify the issue. When we checked out the next day (approximately 11:00) the television was still not working g and no one had attended the room to rectify the issue.

Positive stay, room was clean...

Liked: The building and overall look of the place were very nice.The superior room was ideal for my partner, our 15-year-old, and me — comfortable, clean, and a good size for the three of us.Breakfast was great, with a good variety, and they were accommodating with my gluten-free diet, which I really appreciated.We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.
Disliked: The pool was quite small. I went during a non-peak time, which was fine, but it could feel overcrowded if it were busier.There was a wedding on the Saturday night we stayed. It didn’t affect us, but it made the place feel a bit busier — something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quiet stay.
