Liked: Very beautiful hotel and good area. Had booked the Avondale suite
Disliked: Very disappointed even though we had a suite booked. The bathroom door had to be dragged close as the carpet was raised too high making it so noisy to close the door. Bedroom aircon did not work making the bedroom so hot to sleep in and we couldn’t open the windows so wasn’t very restful. One of the Bathroom sinks did not let out hot water

Liked: Lovely design of hotel from outside and inside. Rooms could have been more modern but for the price, cannot complain at all.
Disliked: I didn’t stay long enough!

Liked: Lots of parking, building was amazing, decor very lush. Felt like a treat to be staying there. Room service breakfast was generous and really tasty. Room was clean and comfortable. Hairdryer was a bit rubbish, but plenty of toiletries
Disliked: The spa was OK, only small and that was fine, but the pool and jacuzzi were cold and that spoiled it a bit. Could cope with pool being cold but jacuzzi needs to be warm

Liked: Comfortable bed and spacious room
Disliked: Heating in bedroom didn't work and I was very cold. The shower temperature was also very unpredictable. Breakfast was only average quality.

Disliked: Spa wasn't the best and rammed. Locals use the bar, which is fine, but this group was loud and swearing. Not a enjoyable meal with that in back ground

Liked: Beautiful property and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The full breakfast could’ve been nicer but it did the job. The continental breakfast should be left in containers as there was a fly on the pastries
