We enjoyed our stay. No...

Liked: Car parking was ample. Breakfast was good. Staff were efficient. We were upgraded to a family room as there were functions on both nights we were staying and the hotel gave us a room away from the noise without us asking. Sauna and steam rooms were a bonus.
Disliked: Restaurant / bar is pricey. Shame the spa is in a separate building as you have to get fully dressed to go there. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Our keycard slot in the room was so loose that we had to put a couple of cards in the keep the power on. We mentioned this when we left.

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful, hotel was lovely and clean
Disliked: Some of the information on the website wasn’t accurate eg it said breakfast finished at 8.30 and the spa wasnt open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Wasn’t an issue as they told us the correct info at reception
