Liked: Family room was very spacious made one feel like home
Disliked: Towel rail was not heated, and I could not dry towels and the bathroom was cold.

Liked: The lil garden was lovely out the doors of room and great for the warmer weather, Also the child’s play area was great to
Disliked: There was a sock and paper all behind the mini fridge, where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, Also the breakfast was nice but could of been warmer and there wasn’t much variety to choose from, and a lot of dirty glasses,

Liked: Everything though looking at a brick wall out of window was disappointing think it should be stated when booking is this is the case most disappointed as hotel wasn't busy surely a room with a view would be made available or at least stated at booking time with a choice to upgrade
