Liked: The only positives were the parking and the location; everything else was disappointing. We arrived a day early, but they did accommodate us with a room, which we appreciated.
Disliked: 1. The bed-sheets were dirty and stained. No comforters.2. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and cellphone reception was poor throughout.3. The floors were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized properly.4. The bathrooms were decent but could have been maintained better.5. Breakfast was disappointing — everything was frozen, with no meat or vegan options. It was very basic, lacking fruits or variety.6. The indoor AND outdoor swimming pools were in VERY bad condition and poorly maintained. Plus, there was no effort to ensure guests wiped their feet before entering the reception or using the escalators when they come out of pool.7. ALL doors were left unlocked even after midnight, allowing full access despite supposed security measures.

Disliked: Room was decent but dusty, the toilet was wobbly, the pictures of the pool was deceiving. The pool was tiny!

Liked: The staff was very nice. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. The location was good. Room was comfortable and beds were good.
