Unpleasant

Disliked: My room was ultracold on arrival and none of the coontrols on the wall affected this. I called and the front desk said they would fix it. No change after an hour so another call. Heat came on but after two hours was unberably hot. Another call in the middle of the night. Heat switched off.No shuttle to the airport. COst GBP35 to by taxi

Liked: Very clean, comfortable no issues at all
Disliked: Only negative, breakfast wasn't very nice

Location handy if you are...

Liked: The mattress for the bed was amazing, so it was a very comfortable sleeping.
Disliked: There was no noise cancellation and so if the cleaning team had to start early that sort of woke me up. For breakfast service, as a 4* hotel I would expect to have a coffee machine for breakfast rather than just the press coffee which wasn't strong enough. I understand that the breakfast time can be the busiest hours of the restaurant but there were not enough choices for meal options as it would be expected.

Liked: The staffs were very helpful. When we checked in, Akash was very friendly and helpful. When we checked out, Monika helped us with the procedures and was very helpful.
