Liked: Rohit#10I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Rohit, who greeted me with "Welcome back!" This personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated.Rohit was attentive to my needs, specifically regarding parking my car overnight, which was a great help. Additionally, as I was staying for business purposes and had several Zoom meetings scheduled in the morning, he promptly arranged a WiFi booster for my room. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my experience and ensured my meetings went smoothly.I truly appreciated Rohit's politeness and his consistent smile throughout my stay. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and his excellent service certainly stood out.Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Very good

Liked: Three beds in a room, reasonable price, tea and coffee available.
Disliked: Parking fee, shower curtain being too short and water getting everywhere (it was an accessible shower, I understand, but it would have been nice to have another option to keep water off the rest of the floor.

Liked: The GM got the new two staff at the desk without any training. I was given wrong information about my dinner voucher from the Star tours. I was taking to staff at desk for not providing correct detail. The GM i think his name is Steve jumped in the conversation and have a go at me. He was rude and should not be on the front desk. He should be in kitchen washing dishes. He has no people skills and should-not be dealing with customers. I was promised refund of breakfast charges. Still nothing so far more than monthBooking.com should not have this kind of hotel on their list. Same goes for Star tours. To bring their cost down they choose hotels with extremely poor staff
