Liked: Hotel is in a good location from where we wanted to be
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean to a great standard at all, last time we stayed it was spotless but this time the bathroom was dirty and the room was very dusty

Liked: Location was perfect for us Twickenham stadium only £13 in uber also lots of shops and few restaurants over the road
Disliked: Nothing

Amazing.

Liked: The location was amazing. I wouldn’t ordinarily write a review but the level of customer service shown by Rohit Fernandes from the first minute of our stay until our departure was exceptional and thus deserving of 5 stars. It makes such a difference to experience such professional and friendly service - the hotel clearly has a great team and we look forward to a return visit.

Liked: I like the location and the room space
Disliked: I have booked a deluxe double bedroom, however, I was given a two sign beds, then asked the receptionist to change it for me. Receptionist did not apologies, took a while to re-arrange another room for me, it turned out it was two single beds push together to make a double bed, also the duvet cover has yellow stain on it, I was very disappointed. there is also on site car parking charge of £12

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. Luke warm food, dirty cups. Paid for 2 days breakfast only had one.

Disliked: Poor lighting in room. Especially for shaving or makeup. Couldn’t sit on edge of bed due to excessive heightThe bed was a small double bed. Not acceptable for 2 normal sized adults.
