Liked: Good location (next to the road and a bike lane, bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station 10-15 minutes away; Heathrow airport within 30 minutes or less by public transport or car/taxi, shops within walking distance).Hotel is nice and clean (both common areas and the room I stayed in), rooms are well equipped. Staff is smiling, cheerful, and most of all very helpful.Well working air conditioning, fast wifi, 115V and 230V sockets in the bathroom and both UK and EU sockets in the main room. I especially liked the electronic "do not disturb" board next to the door where you can select if you want privacy or that you'd like your room to be cleaned (good for longer stays, and much better than those paper doorhandle hangers).
Disliked: Beds were very soft (other guests might like that though).Door closing and locking mechanism is loud, so you can hear other people entering and leaving their rooms (especially jarring late at night or early in the morning).Wifi isn't password protected.

Disliked: It was certainly not a deluxe room, when i queried why it was a "deluxe"room she said the bed was queen size, certainly not, it was double and small at that.false advertising flat pillows, poor breakfast, not worth £11No Internet connection, WiFi was there.No idea how it is rated as 4 star by the AAWill not be staying there again or recommending.The "restaurant "was like a canteen, plastic tables.

Liked: Convenient to where I wanted to be. Not too many hotels around.
Disliked: No soundproofing. Noise from anywhere. If the room is facing the road - noise from outside, if you have neighbours - noise from your neighbours, doors slamming, elevator, TV, people talking, everything from the corridor...
