Liked: Room was great with a lovely view over the garden and pond.
Disliked: The shower did not work properly.

Relaxing environment and Attentive Staff

Liked: The hotel is a great place to stay as it's located in lovely grounds and the bedrooms are fantastic. We had a garden view room with a small balcony that you could sit outside on and enjoy the surroundings. All the hotel staff went over and above with their service and very attentive. The restaurant food was also amazing.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

We were both stressed before....

Liked: Great room, staff, bar, pool (at extra cost, sadly), parking, grounds with regular groundsmen. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and recommend it.
Disliked: Four and a half hour drive to get there from Bristol.
