Liked: There’s really nothing to like about the property The staff is good at his job, excellent customer service. It’s a shame he gets to work where he would face customers who are unhappy about their stay
Disliked: 1. The room smelt of urine and faeces, maybe the drainage was leaking.2. The rug smelt damp, could not even work barefooted.3. Moulds in the bathrooms4. We got a room change two times and only the third room we changed to was just decent with better smell and no moulds.5. It’s a no smoking zone yet other Guests take no respect of it and smoke around the hall way. Which triggered the fire alarm by 2am and there was no one to turn it off till around 6am.We had to look for the officials in the building but couldn’t find them to alert them.6. One towel for two guests7. The room had a table but with no chairs 8. The shower glass shield was broken and didn’t function well
