I enjoyed the stay,

Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: Headroom of the lower bunk bed was too low. I could not sit with my head straight. In other hostels this was not the problem. The upper bed should be about 100mm higher up.Initially I did not know at which bus stop to get off. It was a bit confusing with bus 1 and 5. They could have explained better.

Disliked: 6 people in 1 room with different schedules made it difficult to rest.

It was nice we enjoyed...

Liked: I had no idea what I hostel was until we got there however We ended up getting a private room. The room was nice and we had access to the balcony. The door for the balcony wouldn’t lock but no one else went out there.

Tarnished the trip

Liked: Friends were abundant. It was a very cozy atmosphere. Multiple private bathrooms. Very clean and convenient to everything.
Disliked: There is very little communication for their policies. In fact, I received none. Secondly, the attention to detail in doing their job is terrible. For example, I went to the grocery store and purchased $110 in groceries. I labeled multiple containers with my name and wrote, with a sharpie, my name, and room letter, on the large store paper bag. The very next day, they threw it all away. I even retrieved multiple containers and showed the staff member the labels. He handed me a business card and said that I should write an email to the manager. Later, I was informed that it was the owner who did it. Seems pointless to write a letter... what's the manager going to reprimand the owner?? Also found it interesting how one of the empty storage containers made it into the kitchen inventory.

Perfect base

Liked: The bunks and the curtains here are some of the best I've experienced. I especially loved that the upper bunk actually had a headboard so you can read in bed, and the curtains are thick and long enough to give a good amount of privacy even in a crowded room. Good ratio of bathrooms, sinks, and showers per floor.The hostel is perfectly located on the public bus lines to make it easy to get to the slopes. The ski storage rooms are very convenient. The free breakfast options were beyond what I've seen in other hostels. Fellow guests were considerate making it easy to go to bed early after a long day of skiing.Shower pressure and water heat was great.
Disliked: Temperature seemed a little too warm at points during night, but better than being too cold!
