Park Central

Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.

Liked: Location was the only thing good about this place.
Disliked: The room was extremely small. I felt like I was in a small cruise cabin room with very little room to walk around. There was only about a foot of space between the end of the bed and the dresser. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. The room stinks. The air conditioner would barely cool down and then would shut off in the middle of the night. If you look in the air unit it’s black. Not sure if it’s filth as in dirt or black mold. The baseboards along the carpet were disgustingly dirty and dusty. The room in in dire need of updating. Blows my mind a busy hotel like that in such an area wouldn’t be updated or have tile or laminate flooring in these days. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Walking in the front door it’s made to look like a nice hotel but the rooms are complete opposite.

Disliked: bathroom door handle was broken as well as toilet paper holder, We were on the 5th floor so it was hard to get an elevatoron check out day, Waited over an half an hour for one.

Liked: Excellent hotel - comfy beds, good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Long queues at time for lifts but not as bad as expected.
