Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.
Disliked: Barebones room.

Liked: Location is great!! Rooms are small but very clean and only needed the bed to sleep in at night. Everything was great in this hotel, highly recommend and yes I will be back again.

Birthday celebration and theater tickets...
Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect to access Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center. The room was not very clean. The floors clearly were not vacuumed well and we found several pieces of hair in the shower and on the vanity that were not ours.
Disliked: The front staff were rude and not helpful at all. We arrived at 1pm and were told our room was not ready. When we returned to the hotel at 9pm after our theater tickets and dinner to "check in", the woman was rude, and did not provide any information on checkout times, hotel amenities/etc. Our room was ok, the bathroom was not very clean, we found spots that were dirty and gross with hair stuck in the shower. The beds were very uncomfortable, the hallways were loud. The hotel is under construction and I got zero notification regarding where to park for the valet. Spent over an hour driving in circles, and when I called the hotel, she gave me the wrong address for where to meet the valet. Upon checkout, I was told it would be over an hour to get my car from the valet, they actually told me "you can go get it yourself". Another wild goose chase to find the parking garage. Again, I called guest services and was given the wrong address. When I finally spoke to a manager almost an hour later, he was rude and hung up on me when I asked for the valet to be taken off my bill. For an upscale hotel, having to find your own car 2 blocks away in the middle of NYC is completely unacceptable. I would be very hesitant to stay here again.

Liked: Good location for where I was working
Disliked: Roadworks outside the hotel - unable to exit cab so had to be dropped off at corner Maintenance/building work that starts early in morning -as working not a problem for me but may be uncomfortable for other travellers

Liked: Superb location of the hotel, modern, very clean and close to subway station. The room size is decent. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Also there is a variety of restaurants near the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel lacks certain basic facilities found in 4 stars hotels (for example coffee machine) except if requested. Some other facilities like bathrobe and slippers are also missing even on request . The shop found in the hotel is very expensive and no restaurant or no room service available.

Very pleasant and close to...
Liked: The expedited check in. It took less than 3 minutes. The waitress Nancy in the bar was very helpful and personable.
Disliked: There wasn't an ice machine on the 4th floor where we were at.
