Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.

Liked: Proximity to Time Square, the subway and Central Park
Disliked: The mattress wasn’t terribly comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t really seem to blow cold and the elevator….. you could sometimes wait 15-20 minutes for the single elevator that works here. They suggested using the service elevator in the electrical room which seemed pretty sketchy when paying for a premium hotel.

Disliked: 1) The staff was rude. 2) There is no breakfast.3) There is a small shop with coffee, which is highly expensive, it is open only for a few hours and its staff is rude.3) During the check-in, the receptionist asked me to pay a deposit of $1000 via debit card. She said it would be reimbursed immediately during check-out. When I checked out they told me this should take 14 days to one month. 4) There is only 1 elevator working and you have to wait more than 10mi utes in queue. Overall, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel.

Disliked: Nothing to do No entertainmentNo resturant just a bar with terrible menu basically in the lobby. Not lofts working which is ridiculous walked 8 flights every day multiple times !!! Disgrace to wait for 30 mins to get up and down with one that worked at rush hr and if stood there it was full so you couldn’t get in ? Understandable at a hostel maybe
