Liked: Location around is very nice and also the employees are friendly.
Disliked: Room seemed small, it was close to the entrance , like the first room on the floor, so people crossed the room and were noisy.

Liked: Excellent choice: central, comfortable, pleasant, excellent helpful staff, very pleasant and roomy public space(lobby and restaurant)

Liked: The location, the room, the quality of the toiletries, the bathroom. Great value for money.
Disliked: The staff

Liked: Did not eat in but had good, comfortable sitting room and was easily accessible to trams, shopping, cafes and food markets. Enjoyed being so close to an open air park.
Disliked: all was good.

Disliked: Rude staff, room AC was broken, I told staff they said they said they'd ook into it. 20 minutes passed. I called back and they said they will check. I returned back from a day out and entered the room and it was hot. Midn you this is during a heat wave. I asked about AC and apparently nobody looked into it and now maintenance was gone for the day. They offered me a new room. I waited 30 minutes. Nothing. Called again. Nobody answered. Went into hallway and used hallway phone and someone picked up and apologized and came up to get me a new room. It shouldn't be this difficult. No courtesy for my troubles.
