Liked: Staff were very friendly, I thought for the price we paid, it would be bog standard but the room was beautiful, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location but zero security

Liked: Easy access to shops and transport links. It's located in the city.
Disliked: No security at all. There was no staff the second day (Saturday) and the lodgers left the entrance door open all day.

Awful

Liked: The location was good for visiting Tottenham stadium.
Disliked: The rooms were very small & not cleaned daily. No hot water in the shower on the second morning. No staff visible in the hotel to help. Met someone as we checked out in the hall & she told me there is no staff working.
