Has potential to be a great hotel, just needs better management and quality control.

Liked: No microwave or fridge in the room which is manageable. You have to ask for ice and wait for it to be brought to your room, which is also manageable. Booked a room for three and they said they only rent out to two. Had to pay an extra $75 to have visitors? The staff were a bit unwilling to give us one extra towel. The "jacuzzi" was a tube with jets, which wasn't that clean. The sheets had what looked like old blood stains.
Disliked: Decor was elaborate, gaudy, and fun. Rooms were spacious and fun. Good location.

Liked: The location was close to popular attractions by several modes of transportation such as bus, train and or taxis. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is also close to nyc with theaters and clubs.
Disliked: Facial tissues in the room would have been helpful, I had a cold and needed to blow my nose often.

Disliked: Too noisy in proximity to freeway.

Liked: The parking was a problem I believe a beautiful hotel like This should have gotten a parking lot would have made it easier to check in and out especially when you coming in with kids which I did, I had to walk a few blocks to find parking but I like the hotel will surely come back

Disliked: The place looked horrible. The astetic was weird and didn’t make sense. The hotel looked like it was trying to be a high end hotel but failed on every levels and the fact that you can have visitors is stupid

Disliked: long wait to check in desk person was working on other issues when I go to her hotel focused too much on ornate but not functional room heater was hiding under table phone not accessible short wire the room was cold and furniture not updated
