Disaster - had to walk...

Liked: What I didn’t like - the ax was not operating and when highlighted they never came to check Room was in bad shape Lobby was overcrowded

Very good

Liked: Nice bright roomsMember of staff served us cold water while we were waiting. A nice touch.
Disliked: Unfortunately I arrived at the same time w as 40 other guests. There were only 2 check in staff available at first.

While the staff were nice...

Liked: Easy accessibility via the metro- with the Glaciere station just 5 mins walk away, helpful and well mannered staff and decent rooms and breakfast
Disliked: Poorly managed property not worthy of being a Marriot - room was not cleaned on check-in and they had to move us. Wi-Fi was not working in the room - we stayed 4 nights and though we complained every day they were just unable to solve the issue. Long lines at reception almost round the clock with just 2 of 6 desks manned at any time.
