Liked: The staff was very nice and always efficient.
Disliked: 1) Everything about this hotel was American, except the shower. Please, provide a full enclosure, some water pressure, and some washcloths. And how about putting the light switch in the room instead of outside so that everyone has to be awakened by the blinding light?2) If the breakfast closes at 11a, one should be able to still get everything until that time. I got there at 10.40, and the kitchen was no longer offering made-to-order omelets, which was ok I guess. However, when I had to ask several people for water because they were whisking everything away, well, that seems unreasonable.

Liked: Location close to the airport
Disliked: The room was not very clean and smelled very heavily of dog! The bathtub shower was very slippery and unsafe. My husband slipped and fell in the shower because the tub is very slippery. The hotel is quite old and dated.

Very good

Liked: Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Spacious, fairly well equipped gym. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient.

Will definitely not be my...

Liked: The great help from the staff, one of whom went the extra mile to provide a room before the stpulated 3:00pm official check-in time. Really appreciated the effort.
Disliked: Nothing disliked. Excellent room, excellent food and cleanliness.
