Mid-range hotel without proper amenities

Liked: It’s clean
Disliked: No coffee machine or kettle in the room and no room service either. The hotel also lost a jacket I forgot in the room even though they had the precise time and location.

Liked: Very comfortable and nice environment, was more than expected, but the only thing is that I haven’t received the money back from the $50.00 deposit, we were told when we check out that it will be back on our card but it hasn’t been deposited back, thank you

Disliked: Long wait to check in. Very crowded, Just okay room for the price, drawers were broken and even after calling twice for maintenance no one came to repair. No complimentary coffee in room.

Cold, cold, cold

Liked: It looks amazing, makes you think you’re somewhere else in the world
Disliked: It was freezing cold in the whole casino ground floor area and incredibly icing cold in the corridor going from the elevator to the room. It made the whole hotel/casino experience not pleasant and enjoyable.

Liked: The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet
Disliked: All the bathrooms throughout the hotel were dirty, poorly stocked with toilet paper and half the urinals we’re not in service.the registration desk was not adequately staffed and half and hour to check in was a waste of time. Even with mobile check in.i expected more from a resort within the heart of Vegas.
