Liked: Everything was nice even the employees

Disappointed and do not recommend...

Liked: Bearly anything.
Disliked: Pool very noisy. Loud music since 9am which can be heard clearly in the room. Service attitude is poor. Tried to request for sth over phone, but simply told “do not have”, and everything just told me to “buy downstairs”.The staff x2 hanged up the phone before the conversation was ended. This is not up to the standards for most 3 stars hotels…

Smelly, dirty, damaged room with...

Liked: It looked like a fun time on the app and photos but in real life it was the opposite
Disliked: The room we stayed in was really dirty and damaged, carpets were torn, walls and doors were chipped, the smell of smoke reeked, across our room we could hear a dog constantly barking and top it off outside our window was a roof of another building with bright yellow lights hitting our window. The staff was also very rude, unpleasant and unhelpful, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there let alone help with my questions and problems. We got into the rooms dropped our luggage and all we had to was look around for a few seconds and we picked up our stuff and left. Never again.

Liked: team was helpful speeding check-in on the Kiosk. Room was at the versailles tower and we could see the Eifel, pool and Bellagio fountains. great location.
Disliked: coffee & food price is high in Paris hotel coffee/restaurunts and in Vegas in general/ under 21 could not sit for coffe in the caffe/bar next to the casino

Liked: Location was handy to monorail. Bed was comfortable. Handy to corner store for snacks.
Disliked: When I checked in my account was PENDING for full amount. During our stay more money was taken from account with no explanation. Turned out that we had already paid through bookings for this. At the end of the stay account was finalised and it took 1 week for the original PENDING to be removed. Not a good start to a month holiday in USA.

Liked: Great location on the strip and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Whenever you touched a metal object you would get an electric shock! Especially on the door handle to room. The fitness centre and pool is small for the size of hotel and always over crowded.
