Disliked: They didn't take care of my lost hairpin. I put in in the washroom but they keep changing words. Eventhough I stayed there for 2 nights, they didn't take action to find it and finally I lost it and cleanijg staff lied me that they didn't see hairpin. Such an horrible experience.

Liked: We got a fabulous upgrade to a massive suite. It was gorgeous.
Disliked: We booked in the Versailles tower and didn’t realise that tower is in the Horseshoe resort and not Paris! The check in process was terrible. We waited an hour an 20 minutes (I went up to staff a couple of times to question if we were in the right queue). Once we got there they told us we were in the wrong queue - very frustrating! However the manager upgraded us for our trouble which was lovely. Beware though the accomodation in this tower is no where near Paris - about a 10 minute walk and therefore does have the same feel or opulence of being in Paris

Liked: Beautiful inside all the work put into designing the inside the location was great as well.
Disliked: Didn’t like that the 200 plus tax fees for resort fees not being mention until the a few day before arrival time. It should be mention up front.
