Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff. Great little hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. Close to Gare de Lyon.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation. I wasn't informed of this situation. I was traveling with my daughter, who was celebrating her 15th birthday, and her dream was to visit Paris. I wanted the experience to be unique for her. When I arrived to the hotel, I found a lobby under construction. It was very disappointing.

We very much enjoyed our...

Liked: Clean and fresh looking. Very good standard with easy access to trains and buses. Very good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We were only given two little milks for our two night stay. They should have been replaced the second day, after we had used them. We had to ask for hand towels to be replaced. Only given one big bath towel and one thinner towel until we asked for extra towel. We should have had two good quality towels and two hand towels.

Paris welcome getaway!

Liked: Staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful and welcoming, despite having work done to the lobby. The choice and quality of food at breakfast was fantastic. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief during the warm nights. Good location for exploring the city.Thoroughly recommend a stay there.
Disliked: Nothing
