Set in the lively Bastille district this contemporary hotel is located opposite the Opera House. It has a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi is provided in the stylish guest rooms. Unpleasant

Liked: Nice rooms - clean, good air conditioning.
Disliked: The Construction/remodel during our stay created unpleasant Noise and Ambience. Dissapointed we spent so much Money and breakfast was not included.

Liked: Location, room was basic but has everything for the need of our trip
Disliked: They had major renovation in the reception and the lobby. Everything was very dusty and noisy at the arrival. We were told about this the day before arrival. Surprised they were doing this renovation in peak season

Exceptional

Liked: The location was safe and convenient. The staff went above and beyond with a request we made in an emergency.
Disliked: I didn't like turning in my key every time we left and that having the room cleaned cost extra. For 5 nights at least 1 cleaning day should be included halfway through.

It was ok, very close...

Liked: Proximity to the places we were going to visit.
Disliked: Smell of mildew as you entered the room from the carpet. Was only notified of construction work in the lobby few days prior to arrival which upon arriving was discomforting. Didn’t even get offered a supplemental discount to our stay for the inconvenience. Wasn’t able to switch credit card payment to another card which is completely unacceptable in this day and age.

Great location, but it is...

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The elevator is so small, it's a challenge to fit two people inside. The same is true of the hallways of the hotel. Brininging any luggage in or out will be difficult for elederly or families because there are steps from the stret down to the "lobby".

A superb location near the...

Liked: The location is excellent. We had the benefit of a free continental breakfast by choosing not to have daily room cleaning. This was a great offer and option. The breakfast was lovely.The hotel is small but friendly and all the staff who assisted us were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Nothing.
