Liked: Polite staff, clean and spacious rooms, green area around, own parking.
Disliked: There was only one sheet on the bed without any blanket. Parking is not secured and thiefs were damaging cars night before leaving bad feeling for guests.

Superb

Liked: Great location short trip by tram (15) or a gentle 45 min walk along the river, Staff where polite and very helpful and breakfast was adequate, we spent 1 night and was allowed to check in early and allowed to park car in car park even tho we had checked out which allowed us to have almost 2 full days in a wonderful city,The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is hard to find any negatives about this 3*** hotel. Yes, we didn't spend much actual time in the hotel as we were too busy sightseeing maybe if where staying for a whole week and spending more time actually in the hotel you probably would want slightly more but overall as I said a great hotel for our trip
Disliked: Maybe better selection of tea and coffee in room, but that's being really fussy

Liked: The Hotel is set in a lovely setting with walks along the river side. Great staff, best coffee at breakfast, and great room!

Loved everything about my short...

Liked: Easy access to City using the trams close by. Hotel was delightful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Really good choice of food and always replenished. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.Would certainly stay there again.
