Liked: Good location. Easy parking. Fridge in room. Reasonably clean.
Disliked: Room very basic. All lights in the room are too bright, to keep it dimmed I had to turn on light in bathroom and keep its door slightly open. My room was on the ground floor and there was a smell coming from drain hole. Can hear all noises from other rooms. It is generally quiet, but the night before I needed to catch 7am flight, someone decided to have a 30 min phone call on the speaker at 3am. Couldn’t get hold of reception no matter how hard I tried. Needed late check in after midnight: sent email, sent message through booking.com, called their number - never had anyone responding me even though I tried for days. Late check in was eventually smooth, but it would have been great to have some response and be sure I get the room. Same was with early check out: sent messages, called for instructions multiple times - never any luck. Just left the keys on the reception table.

Liked: Friendly staff, easy to find, easy to navigate the motel and keys left on desk for arrival was smooth sailing as I had my hands full with kids. Staff are super helpful , it was very clean on arrival and they were able to extend my stay at cheap rate last minute. My special requests of ground floor and extra cot bed were seen to as well which I am grateful for.

Liked: This was the second time I stayed at Paravista. Definitely the most comfortable place we've stayed in, in Darwin. Been here twice now and it's quiet, conveniently positioned and the pool area is lovely to cool off the kids.
