Room was not clean. Ended...

Liked: Was attending a concert at the facility so it was very convenient to stay there.
Disliked: Facility never responded to request for earlier checking- but I was able to check-in before stated time. But when I went to check in there were 4 people at the front counter but only one was actually helping a customer. Hotel is very large with two towers and another section. The front desk clerk handed me the key cards and said “you’re on the second floor” with no other instructions. We went up the elevator closest to the front desk and then it took about 25 minutes to find our room. Got to our room and my husband’s foot hit a baby’s toy partially under the bed. I admit I had my “baby” with me. But he’s 27 - years, not months. Later we spotted HAIR on the lip of the shower. None of us had taken a shower. We ended up leaving after the concert and not spending the night.
