Liked: Every point of contact was exceptional. Concierge manager Andrew and Ashley went over and beyond to help us with are requests. Staff were polite and friendly. Manager and waiter were very attentive to food allergies.
Disliked: Very loud music in the bar at night.

Disliked: The hotel itself was fine, but we had multiple issues with the final charges, including fees that weren’t clearly disclosed and charges for things we didn’t use. While some were eventually resolved, the lack of transparency and difficulty getting clear answers made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—there are plenty of great options nearby that offer more straightforward and trustworthy service.

Clean facility and beautiful room.

Liked: The staff, ESPECIALLY the housekeeping staff, was incredible. Those women are simply phenomenal!
Disliked: For the cost, so many things were not included in your stay like access to the steam room. The hotel ‘nickel and dimes’ quite a bit for an already expensive stay.

Liked: We really enjoyed the hotel. It was in a great area, easy to walk around. The staff was amazing! They were all so friendly, from the Desk attendant, the concierge , bell man, to the housekeeping...everyone was very helpful and nice. The rooms were. beautiful...Modern, new, well cared for. An amazing view of the city and water. It was a great stay.
Disliked: I requested rooms by each other, we got rooms that were next to each other but to get to each room you went down another hall. So, technically next to each other, but, in reality....not....but, not a big deal..
