Paradiso Resort by Kingscliff Accommodation is only 15 minutes' drive from Gold Coast Airport Tweed Heads and Coolangatta and only a short 40-minute drive to Byron Bay. Warner Bros Movie World Dreamworld Wet 'n' Wild and Sea World theme parks are all within a 45 minute drive. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen laundry facilities and a dining setting. Was okay like that there...

Disliked: No hot water in showers. Room very dark and cold as was in the middle of 3 stories.

Liked: Teneille was amazing the front office receptionist. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious for us 6 women
Disliked: The lifts were a nightmare. They didn't work the majority of the time with the keys we were given, and there are no instructions on how to use them. We had to take the stairs .

Liked: Location is fantastic
Disliked: The checking staff, was not available 1 was sitting in a chair on her mobile phone, the other was in the back somewhere. I waited for 15 mins not realising the girl next to me on the phone was actually supposed to be working. Check in was 2pm, I was there at 2.05pm.Not good enough. No apology at all.
