Regardless of what we didn't...

Liked: room, pool, tub, close to dinning room
Disliked: Room needs TLC, front door condition, it locked but didn't close properly, round bed is old, you roll to the middle and round doesn't work for tall people. Refrigerator - freezer had frozen ice built up where you couldn't use it and it dripped so everything in the refrig got wet. Sauna door does not stay closed. Room could use a small safe. Same menu everyday for Breakfast & Dinner.

Ok but not great

Liked: I liked that our room was private. We rented a lakeside villa. It was quiet with a nice overview of the lake. There is a lot to do outside of the resort.
Disliked: The starlight in our room did not work. The one jet on the hot tub was not working as strongly as all of the others. Our room was not cleaned well. None of the activities were going either of the 2 days. The first day, I completely understood because it was raining. The next day, it was not raining. Fishing said closed but one pole was outside with bait on the hook. No boats were able to be used. The resort showed a lot of things that we could do which is why we chose it. There were not very many things we could do. Online it listed a comedian. That was not available when we arrived. There was a rotting carcass smell outdoors when we walked by the outdoor pool. The indoor pool area was so hot you couldn't stand it. There were dirty towels laying around everywhere in there. The women's bathroom in the arcade room had no hand soap. The paper towels were not there. There was a pile of wadded up wet looking towels on the sink to use and no fresh ones. I did talk to the staff at the desk about our room when we checked out but wasn't offered any remedy and was told someone would check it out.

Very good

Liked: We loved the whole setup. There is so much to do. Everything is close bye. We loved how they had an activity list every day of fun things to join in on.
Disliked: Our dinner! The steak was UNDERcooked, and the salmon was OVERcooked. Also there's no microwave in the room.

The stay was nice but...

Liked: Love the shower and whirlpool tub. Love the size of the room and the fireplace. Love the onsite bar and activities. Staff was mostly friendly. Dinner was sub par in the restaurant except for the salad bar which was amazing.
Disliked: Found a red stain on bedding. Stayed two nights and staff did not make up the room but left a bag of towels on the door. Not sure if I requested that or not but would have rather had the bed made up and coffee and cups replenished. Tub jets spit out black yuck. On last morning the tv said no signal. Room needs more outlets/usb outlets. Tv could be larger. Bed is not round like advertised. Weather was bad so did not get to use the paddle boats. Found dead bugs in the room. Couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth speaker.

Not worth the expense

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No railing by the steps, rail steps for the pool was loose. Room was musty and old with stucco on the walls by the steps. Food was cool like cold scrambled eggs, bacon was soggy. Parking was not close to the rooms.
