Liked: Location of the resort was nice. The poolside bar is also a plus
Disliked: Our room had roaches BAD. They were all throughout the resort but being in the room is another thing. We all have bites up and down our bodies. They claimed to have poolside karaoke but did not host it the entire week which was disappointing. The pool was also closed during random times. The housekeeping staff would randomly come into the room with no notice and just open the door and come in without knocking. It also took multiple texts and also searching the resort for a housekeeping member to get more toilet paper and towels.

Liked: Location, room size, kitchen was clean, excellent ocean view, front staff was extremely nice.
Disliked: check-in process was very confusing, one of the tv didn't work, sand was in the bed, bed mattress in one of the bed rooms appeared to be old,
