July 4th family get together

Liked: Location
Disliked: Had storm, water leaked through balcony door, carpet soaked. They came and put a towel down on floor and said they would be back later to suction water up. They Never did, which made walking in living room horrible, especially for the kids and their socks.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked everything from the kind and helpful staff ms. Janet who works up front in office made us feel welcome soon as we came in office told us if we needed anything be sure to reach out as well as our advisor Ivy who checked on us everyday incase we needed anything at all. I liked the pools they were perfect for kids and adults had a 3ft part and also a 5ft part for adults and hot tubs were good and relaxing also tiki bar was good to have near pools if u wanted a drink and also a beautiful view of the beach from our condo balcony especially at sunset it was an experience I'll never forget and it won't be my last at paradise resort
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Superb

Liked: Oceanfront view, outdoor and indoor pool, location was quiet
Disliked: Kids in lazy river without floats

Good for families, not for...

Liked: Room was clean and the staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Having a Tiki Bar with happy hour was great, except you need to stop the kids karaoke. Regular music is fine but listening to people and kids who can't sing is not relaxing. I watched a busy bar clear within minutes of starting karaoke.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Sleeper sofa and as soon as dirty we had to cover with sheets and the actual mattress itself was a thin piece of foam, not suitable to sleep on. Coffee maker was broken, freezer leaked water into the refrigerator our entire stay keeping our groceries wet.
