Excellent value for money in...

Liked: We were travelling with a six year old and the facilities at the resort were ideal for his entertainment. The location of the property was great as it was a short walk to the G:link tram and the beach.
Disliked: In the bathroom there was excessive water hammer experienced every time the basin taps were turned on.

Heaven on earth for kids

Liked: Heaven for kids and parents who just wanna chill out while the kids play. The food was also great!
Disliked: The rain

Liked: The location, the staff, the amenities, the pools and restaurants were a massive win with the kidsThey had so much fun
Disliked: My bedding wasn’t changed until day 4, after asking reception twice to send housekeeping. I saw them outside the room they just never came in while we were out I understand mabey not having the sheets changed over weekend stays but we were staying over a week

Liked: I was very pleased with how accommodating this establishment was for children. There were numerous activities and attractions to enjoy. Furthermore, the staff provided exceptional service.
Disliked: During my son's shower, the water temperature unexpectedly became dangerously hot, which resulted in a burn. Furthermore, the room felt somewhat cramped given the expense, and it lacked a microwave. Despite these inconveniences, we managed to make the best of our short stay.
