Disliked: Had to walk outside to the room. It's not connecting from main building. Not good with baby or small kids with pram.

Great location and kids club,...

Liked: The location was good, close to the beach. The pool and kids activities were great. My kids loved the Kids club.
Disliked: There were very limited amenities in the room. The internet speed was so low that we couldnt access wifi on phones, neither could watch the smart apps on tv eg youtube . I was surprised to find not a single spoon, plate or fork in the room. Just a kettle and a few glasses. We paid a premium to stay in the room and I have never seen a hotel room that dont provide the basics. No microwave or locker either. Nobody also informed us that room service doesn't happen on Sundays and we were left to stay in the room with mess everywhere. The hotel did replace us with fresh towels upon request. This was our second time staying at paradise but our experience was rather disappointing this time. :( The rooms are also dated now and in my opinion its lost its charm.

Fabulous place for young children

Liked: The children’s facilities were great, along with the extra paid activities .
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It is a busy family resort, a lot of noise in the pool area. We could not hear this from our room.

Liked: Our kids had a great time. It's great for families with kids. They got heaps of options with foods and activities for the families.
