This is our second time...

Liked: We liked the facilities/amenities, the food and the staff were really kind. We also loved both paid & free activities, our son had a blast!
Disliked: Something out of the control of the staff members but a lot of guests left their kids unattended and I noticed kids getting hurt, quite badly. It was just a little frustrating having to hover over my son because I was worried about his safety, but again I understand this is out of the control of staff members.
